Generator commandline ordering truncates output
This change fixes bug reported by Graham Menhennitt<email@example.com
A very subtle corner case where the --gen option took the prior filename (if it wasn't the first data source listed) but made no use of it.
I dedicate this changeset to my friend the originator and primary author of this project, Peter Miller. I learnt more about programming while waiting at the JNA bus stop or sitting around a campfire with him than in any lecture theatre. I am grateful for those times.
Inspired by Erik de Castro Lopo's bloody great idea #commitforpmiller on gPlus.
