reverse project list order

Description

The project list, both for "ael p" and aeget, has been changed so that leaf branches come first, then ancestor branches, and lastly the trunk. Projects overall are still sorted alphabetically.

This change was made to emphasize that leaf branches are almost always more interesting than less qualified branches or trunks.
