branch.history[].is_a_branch hide_if_default

Description

The is_a_branch field is not written to the cstate file if it has the default value.
The previous behavior is annoing especially working on the stable branch of Aegis since the aedist archive is generated using an aegis version that does not support newly introduced fields.
